Scott is very courteous and knows his stuff! He arrived on time and after inspecting my washing machine he showed me the broken part of the pump. He did not have the correct pump with him and needed to order it. He returned , right on time, a couple of days later and got it up and running in no time!!! I would absolutely recommend him! Saved me from needing to replace it….and he was reasonably priced!!
Scott was the guy we needed. Very professional and prompt. I called and he was able to get out to our house the next day. He knew right away what our problem was and he had the right part to fix asap. He did it within 30 mins. Definitely will use for any future problems and will recommend.

Needed help figuring out a washer leak, Scott walked me through the issue and order me a part that arrived extremely quickly. Prices were reasonable and he stayed open to allow me to grab the part. Small shops are the best shops, definitely recommend.
Noone in sj County was able to come and look at my Kenmore elite that is over freezing. They came out and ordered a $75 part and got it fixed. I will be using this company for all my appliances needs.
